October 2, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Course

The Inclusive STEM Teaching Project is a 6-week asynchronous course designed to advance the awareness, self-efficacy, and the ability of faculty, postdocs, and doctoral students to cultivate inclusive STEM learning environments for all their students and to develop themselves as reflective, inclusive practitioners. All disciplines are welcome.

Learning Community (optional but strongly encouraged)

This learning community is open to participants who are enrolled in the Inclusive STEM Teaching Project through edX. A learning community is a discussion facilitated by trained facilitators that digs deeper into the course content, connects participants to others in the community, and contextualizes applications. These sessions will be offered via Zoom. Since learning communities are discussion based and interactive, these sessions will not be recorded. All disciplines are welcome.

Depending on demand, there will be 2 options to join a learning community:
Mondays noon-1pm (October 9-November 20, skipping Oct 23)
Tuesdays noon-1pm (October 10 – November 14)
