Open Access Publishing

This workshop will be co-led by Jennifer Solomon, Open Access Librarian, and Lynnee Argabright, Scholarly Communications Research Assistant, from University Libraries. In this interactive sessions graduate and professional students at any stage of the research process will learn strategies for considering publishing in an Open Access (OA) venue, journal, or depository. Participants will learn about to the resources available to them through University Libraries Scholarly Communications Office, develop an understanding of OA publishing options, and locate OA journals in their disciplines. The workshop will include time for hands-on activities and questions.
