Summer Intern Series: Assertiveness, Active Listening & Conflict Management

This is the second Summer Intern Series session offered by The Graduate School. Led by Peter Metzner, President and Founder of Dynamic Change, Inc., this virtual session will cover behavior mapping, active listening, conflict management, assertiveness, and giving and receiving feedback. Attendees will participate in discussions and exercises related to these important topics with a focus on how to apply these skills. This session is specifically designed for graduate students with summer internships but is open to all graduate students.
