Join this 45-minute lunchtime session for an overview of two powerful resources that help researchers track the impact of their work, seek collaborative opportunities, and understand funding trends.
Dimensions is a linked research knowledge system that brings together grants, publications, citations, alternative metrics, clinical trials, patents and policy documents into a single searchable platform. Altmetric can be used to track mentions of research across various platforms, including news reports, social media discussions, references in policy, saves in reference managers and citations on Wikipedia. UNC Health Sciences Library will also present use cases that show how you can use these products as you begin your research and career development.
