While there is no shortage of teaching advice from seasoned educators, our peers can offer a different perspective—one rooted in the uncertainties, challenges, and victories of teaching for the first time in an increasingly diverse and dynamic educational landscape. These voices are immensely valuable, but they have largely been absent from the pedagogical literature…until now.
