Learning Objectives and Assessing Student Outcomes

It’s important to get your course off to a positive start.  The best way to do this is to create learning objectives that guide your students’ learning.  We will also discuss ideas for how to assess student learning regardless of discipline.  Participants will write their own learning objectives and apply assessment strategies to the courses they are teaching.  Lunch provided.
