Leadership Workshop: Working in Teams

The goal of this two hour workshop is to help participants understand how to create an environment that fosters innovation, holds individuals accountable, achieves results and builds relationships with internal and external customers. Each will understand how to build a team’s ability to work together to meet goals and produce results.
