Leadership Workshop: My Leadership Style and Yours

Using a version of the MBTI as a diagnostic tool, participants will identify their most likely leadership style from the four main temperament based categories: Catalyst, Visionary, Steward, Troubleshooter.  Participants will identify the differences between the major styles and then understand the adjustments each needs to make to work effectively with the other leadership types.  Lunch provided.
