How to Have a Renovation Conversation: Relationship Building

We challenge participants to perform an honest evaluation of their relationships, and teach how to greatly improve troublesome ones. Participants learn the tools to resolve issues with grace and to build strong partnerships.  Participants then practice their skills via role-plays.  Participants will leave the seminar with: the ability to articulate what is important to them in a relationship; a clear understanding of the steps to improve relationships; a method for having these conversations to build relationships.  Open to graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
