March 27, 2013 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Why do U.S. LGBT communities have 50% higher smoking prevalence than the general population?  In this seminar lead by Joseph Lee, PhD student in Health Behavior, we will look at the origins of this disparity and what it tells us about LGBT health promotion efforts.
This is part of the LGBTQ Lunch and Learn Graduate Student Speaker series. This event is co-sponsored by the Health Sciences LGBTQ Alliance, School of Medicine Queer-Straight Alliance, and Health Behavior Department.
